Pinoy QuickBooks Tip for Philippines QuickBooks Users: 2010-11

Here is a Speed Up QuickBooks tip for all Philippines QuickBooks users who have many recurring transactions.

Do you know that Intuit QuickBooks has a Memorized Transaction Feature that will save not only your time processing transactions but will also serve as a reminder to QuickBooks users repetitive transactions.

Step 1 - QuickBooks Tip 2010-11: Create the Bill, Check, Estimate, Invoice etc that you want to memorize.

Step 2 - QuickBooks Tip 2010-11: Go to Edit and click Memorize

Step 3 - QuickBooks Tip 2010-11: In the Memorize Transaction Window, enter a unique title of the Memomized Transaction to help you remember it. You can choose if you want to be reminded or or if you want Intuit QuickBooks to enter the transaction automatically based on the selection you made. Then click OK to memorize the transaction.

Step 4 - QuickBooks Tip 2010-11: If you will use the memorized transaction in the future you can fo back to Bill, Check, Estimate, Invoice etc and just click clear then click X to close the transaction window.

This QuickBooks Tip will definitely Speed Up QuickBooks processing most specially for frequent transactions you enter on a weekly basis or even monthly.
